Stopped at Metro today at Appleby Line & Upper Middle in Burlington to pick up Amp for hubby (2/$4!) Did my usual perusing of the aisles to look for coupons. Tons of new stuff!

$0.75 off Egg Creations French Toast Blend 500g exp. 12/31/12 (randomly stuck in an empty sign at the end of a dairy display)
$1 off Cavendish Farms From the Farm products exp. 02/29/12
$1 off Kraft Amooza Twists 252g exp. 10/31/11
$0.50 off V8 V-Fusion Light beverage 1.36L exp. 09/30/11 (end of aisle in display boxes)

I also stopped in the Beer Store in the same plaza. On the counter they had awesome coupons for $1.50 off any Stouffer's Bistro product (exp. 12/31/11)!

I will be trading a number of these coupons - look for them in my trading list! (I will update it shortly).

I was also there late last week and there was next to nothing! I find Metro to be one of the better places for coupons, although quite often it's a lot of TFT coupons.

I'm already out of the Stouffer's Bistro, Amooza, and Pantene coupons! I'm going to head to Metro again tomorrow and grab some more of those - I don't feel guilty when I know they are a popular item for trades! Just making other people happy It also means I have to go to the Beer Store again for hubby, this time just to scoop up more of those Bistro coupons lol. The cashier guy at the Beer Store seemed like he wouldn't mind if I took all of them lol. Don't wanna be too greedy though!!

I stopped by today and got most of the coupons as well! There was plenty left so you should easily be able to get more.
PS. I also found one for $2 off Whiska's which is of great use to me !

Wonder if the Metro on Fairview has any. Was just there yesterday and didn't see any coupon action.

For some reason Fairview Metro never has any coupons. It seems all the tearpads are always empty!
Anyways, there were tons of Pantene left when I went yesterday so you should have no problems.

Yeah, for some reason the Fairview Metro is all about this short window of opportunity. Usually for one week it'll be a coupon motherload, and then barren again.

I'm going to swing by again later this afternoon. Need a few more Pantene and Amooza for trades - will also bring them to the meetup if I can make it! I must have missed the Whiskas ones! I'll have to look again.
