Power Wall Blowout items at Fortinos Ancaster (OVER)

The power wall, where the seasonal candy displays usually are shown near customer service, has about one-third of the section dedicated to current blowout deals.

Some laundry needs, air fresheners, pet foods/supplies, and some household needs are in that section. Sunlight laundry soap bars are $1.34-guess that product won't be restocked after the current supply is sold. I've never seen a 50% deal on the bars before.

Another store find--at the back where the separate stand-alone dairy coolers are, Yoplait Dessert Selection yogurt is on sale for $3.99!

I was just going to start a thread about the clearance at Fortinos Ancaster! Apparently they are redoing their shelves and whatnot so they are getting rid of product that they will no longer be stocking or have too much stock of (because they don't have room for it).

For example...I got:

-Spitz sunflower seeds (dill pickle flavour only) for .94 cents!
-Pop Tarts (8) - .82 cents!
-PC Thick Cut Ripple Chips (assorted flavours - 220g bag I believe) .92 cents!
-SunRype 1005 Fruit & Veggie Bars (12) - 1.99!!! (reg. 10.49!!)
-Uncle Bens Natural Selections Rice (12 portions) - 1.94 (BUT FREE because it scanned wrong!!!)

Fortinos Ancaster is one traffic light west on Wilson St. W. past Fiddler's Green Road.

Very few boxes of Reynolds Freezer Paper left-about 5-6. A tiered stand had Durex products, Drixol and some gelcap item. Seems some of the household items at the far end have moved and there is other stock on the shelf space. Ignore the fact that most of the power wall currently has candy filling the rest of the shelves...

Just came back from the store for a grocery item. Next to sushi counter, there are two reps for Toronto Star giving out free Sat. paper (Free is stamped on barcode) and inquiring about interest in home delivery.

Gee, SCers move fast on the things that I mentioned. The items are mostly gone (missed on that Herbal Essences deal--sigh)!

There is one Swiss Naturals Menopausal HRT box with a 25% bonus tag on the package-priced to clear at $9.94.

Lots of haircolour boxes. Some Garnier Fructis curl and shine products on a higher shelf. John Frieda items include Root Awakening. Saw little clear boxes containing mini Pantene products.

Two Joe Fresh body washes-nectarine is priced at $3.00. Assume the blue tube is also the same price.

BTW, Chef's Tour, the little kitchen store at the front corner, is closing. Looks more than half-empty-sign says 50% off.

I checked the back of store clearance shelves. Hardly anything worth noting except about 4 cases of PC diet cola have pink 50% off stickers.

The power wall is no longer partially clearance-related, as club packs of snacks or Halloween treats have taken over the wall.

Back of store carts-RW Knudsen strawberry 4-can packs were seen, Happy Planet lip balms (vanilla chai? or coconut) and some tins of a Burt's Bees product.

There are actually some clearance shelf tags attached to the back black bookcase for the items sitting there.
