I went this morning and had no problems at all with the printables. She even gave me the full $10 instead of $9.99. Not that I am concerned about a penny

Thanks for letting us know! I've never used coupons at Rexall so I'm looking forward to trying it.

I just called my rexall. asked if they took printables she asked if it had an expiry date - yes - bring the full page she said and we should be able to take it. then she asked how many of the item i was looking to get and what it was. I told her multi vitamin. I asked if the 1 penny difference between price and coupon was a problem she said yes as they wouldn't get their money back from the manufacturer. She also said with a coupon of such high value they would only take one. How is it that LD takes multiple coupons and get paid, walmart gives overages and gets pad but rexall with one penny difference won't get paid! Something smells fishy here!

I followed up with a call to the head office and they tell me they have no actual coupon policy so it's up to each store manager to set the rules and HO will back them up. She offered to excalate my issue because it's only a penny difference. I'm to get a call back soon.

I got a hassle this morning at my Pharmaplus but was polite with the cashier. I just told her (and told PharmaPlus in an email) that it just meant that I'd price match at Walmart to get the same deal. Ah well. Bought some stamps and Puffs and was happy with that!
I didn't like the cashier being rude to me about the printable but I made her polite through terrifying niceness/calm.

I know in the past my Pharma plus won't accept coupon if is even 1 cent difference, and even some coupon said tax is included.
Too bad none of my Walmart carry this brand. My Zellers don't accept 1 cent difference either.

I used two this morning with no issues. I had quite a few coupons and the cashier was humming through the whole transaction. It was a refreshing change. The only bad thing was they only had the 50+.
