I got mine in the mail today. I use a blackberry curve. All I did was open up BBM and hit scan barcode. I scanned the barcode and it directed me to a webpage where I entered my email. A few days later I got an email from kikkoman asking for my address so they could send me this free gift. Thanks to the original poster
