Does anyone else got this message?

First I got this message when trying to select the Dough Boy towel and now I get this...

I keep getting that 20 min error msg too!!!! Grrrr, I have 3 more pins to enter and have been waiting for over 3 days to enter them. Also, I've tried on my cell, home and work computers....

hey everyone. do you just need one PIN (just need to buy 1 box of cereal) to get a free towel? Or do you need to collect several pins to get one towel? I don't eat that much cereal! Please tell me, I want one! thanks

You just need to buy one box of cereal with the pin to get the towel. I got the cheerio one.

I found a box with a code in a recycle bin. It was open... figured someone had used it. But I ripped the code off just incase. Brought it home, forgot about it. Found it.. tried it... FREE TOWEL!!!!!!!!!! =P

Does anyone know if there is a set sequence to the PIN code (ie, letter, then #'s, etc). The print on my box is soo faint that i cannot for the life of me make out the 1st letter/digit to the middle portion of the code.

I was able to order 2, then got the 20 minute error message - ugh!

The website keeps NOT working for me for some reason, i can't even order a towel. After I click "confirm" it says the 20 minute time out, even though i kept trying to do it several times and completed everything in like 5 seconds to get through it as fast as possible Their site was down on Thursday/Friday. Back up Saturday, and then back down again with this 20 min error thing Sunday and today

If the website is down they don't seem to care. I called in and they were like "yeah.. Just try later, there's nothing we can do"

I phoned this morning as I could not make out the PIN code on my box. The lady I spoke to was very sweet. She gave me a replacement PIN as they had received a # of similar calls.

What she also told me, if you pick a towel that is out of stock -you will get the error message. She said they are all out of the Dough Boy towels.
