I won a $25 voucher for the Western Fair Gateway Restaurant (the one inside the Slots area).
It is good up to Sept 30, 2011.
It says Must be 19 yrs of age. Limit one food voucher redemption per person to a max. of $25. Coupon will be applied only to pre-tax, pre-gratuity price.
No change will be given.
May not be used towards alcohol, gratuities or applicable taxes.

SO essentially after all that, it is a $25 "Gift Card" for food at the Gateway Restaurant.
