I am on cloud nine... great recycle bin walk!

I kept reading about people getting fpcs and until last night/this morning, I really hadn't gotten any...

On sunday night I went out and got a bunch of inserts and some aeropins. Best score was a garbage bag full of beer, wine and spirits bottles.

Last night I scored: 1 fpc danone + tons of inserts (pm if interested, I have all three and they will got cheap) + cereal coupons - shreddies and allbran + 10 beer bottles ($1 in my pocket!)
Also got a pratically new Scene it Friends Boardgame with the dvd!

This morning was the best though:
2 x eggos fpc
1 x bananas fpc
1 x $5 ice cream fpc
1 x strawberries fpc
10 x aeropins (keeping)
3 x stouffer pins (keeping)
1 x shreddies coupons (hidden valley, garbage bags + more)
1 x allbran coupons

+ more. I can honestly say I am addicted! One lady said hi to me this morning and I saw a guy in his garage on a bicycle in little shorts (verey little) and it was funny!

Great job, I also went out and made a small score, every little bit counts. Learned a lesson though, I have to go alone, DH is not a supporter...considers it intrusive. As far as I'm concerned these people are throwing away free food or coupons. We need it! Keep it up, hope you find plenty.

Wow that's great, one thing I would love to know when people do recycling walks is are the bins the ones without lids? I live in Toronto and the recycling bins are more than a meter high with a lid cover thing on it I can't really imagine really digging deep in there to find goodies

Thanks for the pic! you guys are lucky to have those kinds of recycling bins it seems wayyyy less awkward just walking by and grabbing stuff I think I would get a lot of weird stares diving into the giant recycling bins on my street
