Was at my local independant and found these mail in coupons for $5 gas. Mail in 3 box tops from nutrigrain, fibre plus, all bran bars, special K bars or pop tarts and get a $5 gas card. Max 5 cards per address.

please tell me how much postage rate is required for this and is it necessary to add the slip

When they ask for box tops, do they want all 4 flaps or just the one flap with all the numbers on it? I'm sitting here thinking that postage will be over $2 if I have to send all the flaps for 3 boxes.

You just have to send the box tops. Regular stamp only, and you can mail 5 per household. I cashed in on this promo recently before the Minute Maid coupon expired and the Nutrigrain was on sale for $1.99. After postage included for 15 boxes of cereal bars (that I would have bought anyways for school lunches) and 7x10pk juice boxes it cost me $7.80. Pretty darn good deal in my books.

I can confirm this rebate is valid in Ontario because my mom found them at Sobeys here in Windsor. (The one on Manning, if anyone is looking The Tecumseh Mall one had just two forms and when my mom asked at Customer Service they said they had no more to put out) Sorry, but I don't have any forms to trade.

But the form is slightly different - it says Cash for Gas Ontario. So now I am unsure if I can use the forms I traded for that will presumably say Cash for Gas West . . . It's pretty small so I doubt the rebate centre will notice the difference on the form, but I wonder how I should address it because the PO Box is different too (5018 as opposed to 5020). I think I would just send them to the Ontario address and hope for the best

There's another difference I just noticed - the Ontario forms don't say they are valid on Pop Tarts! I am disappointed because I have two boxes I just noticed this as I was scanning the form & box tops for my records I was on the last one and sealing the envelopes after I scanned each set. I got lucky, though, because the first envelope I opened had the Pop Tarts
