I'm not in BC, but I have seen it in a number of stores - just look for the non-refrigerated juices and you should see it... I just saw it in WalMart on the weekend for $1.98 (not that it matters with an FPC
)

almost all stores carry this. just have to walk down every aisle to locate it.

Not sure if you still need an answer, but I live in New Westminster and the Safeway there had them. They were not in a refrigerated section but on the shelves (no need to refrigerate until open)
