I wasn't too sure where to post this or even what to do about it.

I wanted to host my very first train (so I am) and it was going great..
My problem is one rider says they mailed their envie (was to be mailed out by the 8th) and it still isn't here.

What would you do in my situation? I dont want to keep the other riders waiting or get negative feedback from other riders over the time delay.

I was proposing to take the coupies sent to specified rider from the others and divide them up between the other riders, but Im just not sure. Its been 2 weeks tomorrow, you'd think it would have gotten here already right?
