LD response to "cannot becombined with any other offer" stacking query

I just made a copy of the London Drugs e-mail exchange and plan to keep it with me when I go to London Drugs to stack. I have not done it yet as I am hearing so many problems from people with the stacking changes but now, I hfeel ready. Thank you

Ok, So after my horrible experience and then talking to head office. I decided I better not put it off and went back to try it again. I had a really nice and friendly cashier. I explained the problem I had at the other location. I then showed her all my coupons that I was using and she had no problem. When we were done I thought my total looked a bit more than it should, but then I did add a few extra's in. It was closing time so I didn't want to take up anymore of her time. I went to my car and went over my receipt. I noticed she missed one of my $3.00 coupons and she also charged me extra for an item I never got. I bought six dove products, so you get the 2 packs of free soap. She charged me for 7 dove products...I tell you I believe London Drugs and me just are not meant to be
