Silverex cream is used for treating & preventing infectivity in acute burns. You can get the cream from here internationaldrugmart.com/over-the-counter-meds/silverex-cream.shtml

Aloe vera gel or jojoba oil - I use these when I accidentally burn my hands putting or removing dishes from oven! The burn mark disappears over a couple of months, just make sure not to pick the scab.

I personally suggest you taking any cream better to use aloe vera gel 4 times in a day.

I keep a bottle of aloe vera gel in the fridge for burns. I will pour it into a glass and soak the burned area in it as much as possible, refreshing it every 10-15min to keep it cold. I've had some major burns (like accidentally picking up a burner with my bare hands that was still super hot) and they didn't even blister after using this technique.

But you have to act fast - within a few min of the burn. Otherwise it helps the healing but doesn't prevent the whole blistering process.
