Question re. Kelloggs Gas deal Mail in Requests

Just about to send in my request for a Kelloggs box for the gas card deal.
Can anyone tell me if they know if all the boxes have the $5 coupon in them?? So far the ones I have bought have but I don't know if they all do. I wanted to refer a friend to send away too but I don't want to waste any of her money if I am wrong....thought I could check to see...

if you buy a box with the promotion, you get minimum a 5.00 card unless it says you are a 500.00 winner, you can mail in 5 per address and two per envelope to save on postage

I think it says "3 per envelope" or at least I hope it does because I just mailed 3 off in one envelope this morning.
