Futureshop SCOP?

Does anyone know if Future Shop follows SCOP? I was buying 5 printer catridges today that all rang in at 15.99 but were marked down to 9.98 on the shelf. He said he'd adjust him the price if I took him and showed him where it said 9.98. When I asked about SCOP he said he had never heard of that before, I was in a hurry, so I just took the price adjustment and left.
