I like this! Especially if Blockbuster's closing, as that's where I used to trade in my unwanteds.
Additional thought: When trading single discs, it may be possible (depending on the case) to just send the the disc and cover art in the mail. Each trader could then keep the case they already have, and put the new disc and cover art in it. Much less postage, and then the pkgs would be thin enough to qualify as letters!

Wish I had seen this yesterday. I just took a whole box of dvds to Goodwill last night. But I'll see what else I have. Love the idea, especially the comment about shipping cover art + dvd. Shipping can get expensive, and I know personally it varies in price depending on your post office. I ship video games quite a bit, and depending on who's working the p.O it can range from $2.50-$9. Crazy fluctuation!

The semicolonel: love the idea! It certainly would make the swap inexpensive. In cases where the coverart is attached, the two traders can decide on the best option!
