Vonage - How to cancel

Hi Folks,

I am trying to cancel vonage service but it is really bad. Vonage won't let you cancel the service. They have one reason or another to tell me that they have their system down, or the supervisor is not there, or I have called a wrong number.

Can you tell me on how can I cancel vonage and is there a legal action that I can take against this company.

Has anyone had this experience with vonage?

Nope, we cancelled a line with them (we kept the main line) and it was done within 5 mins, a reference # given etc

The number to cancel is: 1-877-272-0528.

I am guessing the difference is that you were not cancelling all active lines and so you were not run around.

Still a loss of $$ for them, just ask for a manager when you call and if they refuse, ask for a name or ID number so you can speak to their supervisor when they are there

Alternatively, log in, remove your billing details and they will soon call you
