Thread: London Drugs Stacking

I've tried stacking at the Delta -scott rd location and haven't been successful. At this particular location the cashiers make sure to read the coupon fine print before applying the coupon.
The first time it was the P&G coupons but that was the same at most LD's because of the new wording.
I went in today to get Multibionta and wanted to stack a $10 and $5 print coupons-not allowed because of the "limit one coupon per package" wording.
I've noticed that most of the coupons do have some sort of limiting wording on them which renders them unstackable. But i've also noticed some people are still able to stack these coupons at other LD locations.
If anyone could PM me a good LD location that they use that allows stacking without the hassle i would appreciate it.This thread is currently associated with: London Drugs

print the ld policy off as it is clear the only non-stackable is "cannot be combined with any other coupon offer"
limit one coupon per purchase means only one of that upc code can be used.
If you need multibonita stacks of SS I have many.

LD at 64th in Langley are really good for stacking but they dont accept any coupons that say "strictly prohibited". It sucks because I could stack a lot of their coupons! SOF next door is also good.

I had the exact same experience when I did my very first stacking at LD on No 3 Road in Richmond. The staff didn't allow me to stack the coupons SIMPLY because the coupons says 'limit one coupon per purchase' and she was quite rude.
Therefore, I sent an email (more or less a complain) to LD and asked them whether the 'limit one coupon per purchase' coupons can be stacked. Here is the email content from their customer service administrator:
Thank you for your response.
If the coupon states one coupon per purchase it means that only 1 of that exact coupon can be used but does not mean that it can`t be combined with other coupons that are different. If a customer were to have 2 identical coupons, and the coupons stated only one coupon per purchase, then only one of that exact coupon can be used. Other coupons that have differences can be stacked with that coupon providing the other coupons don`t have any specific restrictions on them such as cannot be combined with any other coupon offer.
I understand that with the vast amount of coupons available and various restrictions being placed by the different manufacturers, it can become very confusing for the customers and the staff. I hope this clarifies some of the confusion and please feel free to speak to a member of Management if you experience any difficulties using your coupons in the store.
Thank you once again for your patience and please don`t hesitate to contact us at any time should you require further assistance. We look forward to serving you again in the near future.
Sincerely,
Cindy Kennedy

A week later after I got the reply from LD, I went to LD again and did my stacking successfully I think that the store manager might have held a meeting about coupon stacking.
sihotan, I can forward the email I got from LD to you if you want, just PM me your email address
I always bring LD's stacking policy and their email reply with me every time I go to LD just in case I might come across some 'not that well trained' staff!!
