I, too, think the author is an idiot but like Fallen said, it's an old story and there was more to it.
Plus, we are mostly reading her spin on it(employee slapped the phone out of her hand, etc) but it leaves out some facts. Did the "heated argument" involve her screaming and yelling? Was she being aggressive or threatening, etc?
