bought 8 bistro's last week at food basics, just got around to putting in the pins and all 8 of them say ALL READY BEEN CLAIMED BY ANOTHER USER' not happy calling bisto monday morning to have a few words with them and some have 13 letters not 12...lol.. wonder what they will do about this. so beware of the pins

Had this happen before. When I called Stouffer's there wasn't a problem. The customer service rep told me which number/letter to drop and the code worked.

You probably just need to drop the 1 at the end, I had one like that.
