For the arm and hammer toothpaste are you guys using a coupon on the free toothpaste? If I'm buying 12 but only really paying for 6 can I use 12 coupons?
My suggestion is this:Quote:

Buy the toothpaste as part of a larger shop. The tellers don't notice what the BOGO offers are. At the end hand them all your coupons at once and 99.99% of the time they just key the values in.
If you only buy the toothpaste the teller will likely realize a BOGO is happening and will probably not be sure what to do, will call for help and end up making policy on the spot and my guess is 90% of the time they'll reject the coupons on the BOGOs.
However, officially look at #4 here although this might really be referring to FPC purchases:

Learned a great new AirMiles trick at Safeway today.
Was asking for a rain check on Vitamin D as there were only 3 left on the shelf.
The new CSer told me that to make sure I got the AirMiles instead of writing them up in the book at a later date and possibly not getting them credited she could sell me 4 now and give me a coupon/chit for a free one I could pick up later.
Doing this would ensure your AMs are credited at the till, and assuming nothing goes wrong later, your account.
You just have to make sure not to lose the chit!
Is this on now or next week?Quote:
chit happens. thinking about getting some BW GCs as they have get 100 airmiles when you buy a $100 GC
NOTE: The last couple of year's, if you're a member of BW Rewards they offer a $20 bonus on $100 GCs at Christmas if you buy them directly from them.
Can't recall if you have to be a Gold Level member to get this though.
In one store, I used to be able to place special orders for the products I want to buy and not enough stocks in the store. But they changed their minds and I couldn't do that any more. I can only buy what ever is in stock. The other store wouldn't allow me to prepay any special order if they don't have enough in the store. It is up to each store to make its decision.
I want to test it on yogurt. It's a pain to buy 5 or 6 yogurt at once as it takes up so much room in the fridge. If I can buy 3 and prepay for the rest life is simpler.
PS: Yogurt is up next week and I think I have coupons!
Hor,
Ah, you meant at Best Western's website. I thought you meant at Safeway.
Tip: If you haven't bought these before I recall BW will charge a fee to mail GC purchases but there is no fee if you agree to an email copy.
This is a nice double dip as you get AirMiles when you use the card as well.Quote:

There is also a 4 page Insert but no prices are given except on the front page which lists 2 Extreme Bonus items. As in the past I expect the “Extreme Bonus” includes a heavily increased price to offset the AirMiles offered so be careful:
Nabob Coffee B2G50 13.99/11.36 (Contrast that with page 6’s Folger’s Coffee 7.99/6.94). I know some people swear by Nabob but the price difference is ridiculous to me.
Dad’s Cookies B4G50 4.50/3.19
Also they’re starting another scratch and sniff promo so make sure to ask for your cards if the teller forgets to give you any. I recall I got 4 free products last time.
Also, I'd ignore the Jenny Matt post. I assume someone is just playing games.
