Do you have more than one food bank in your area?
just my local foodbank and spca
oh well...tax receipt or not it's ok to donate!
question..
do batteries count as "grocery" purchase?
the duracell batteries are on sale this week...2 packs for $13.98
I have the "Save $2 WUB 2 packs" coupon from save.ca
and when u buy 2 packs, u get 75AMs..
I need to get quite a lot of the "C" batteries so this would be a good deal for me this week...but I was wondering if they count as "groceries" so I can use the Spend $60 and get 100AM coupon...
Yes, it should count.
BTW: Have you all noticed how this thread has developed into a community.
Instead of just posting notices people here are actively helping each other get the best out of this.
Great!
Yup..instead of just sharing deals..we're sharing all sorts of methods to maximize our $$!
...the battery deal isn't too bad..
considering you get 75AM WUB 2 packs
$13.98 - $2 coupon (from save.ca) = $11.98, get 75AM
buy 5 packs + a pack of gum = $~60.00
5 x 75AM + 100AM Bonus coupon =
475AM for $60
475AM x 0.14 = $66.50 worth of AMs!
is there an actual spend 60 get 100 am??? I thought that coupon was for the cereal deal

There's 2 boomer coupons that some people got emailed. One is for the cereal and one is Spend $60 get 100 AM.
Success_one posted the link here - a couple of pages back:

So until May 31, spend 60 get 100 AM.
I never know for sure that the rules are when you see the Mix & Match.
Some pictures show 2 products for a certain price - for example this week 2 V8 Vegetable Cocktails - Price is 2 for $6. The offer is B6G40 airmiles. But what is "6" V8's?
So do 2 (V8)s count as 1 of the 6 items. Do you have to buy 12 V8's or will 6 get the bonus?
They have the Goldfish crackers on 2 for $5.
If it's just 6 goldfish then it's $15 and you get $5.40 back and there's coupons for these guys out there.
The Broth is $2 each (shows 2 for $4) so it's $12 less coupons (.50 cents each)=$9 - $5.40 AM ...
Giving Small :
It's the number of ITEMS...not the number of SETs...
so if they are asking for 6 V8s, then you get 6 V8s, not 6 sets of V8s
Like the Kelloggs deal last week, Buy 5 Kelloggs get 100AMs. But the boxes were 2 for $8, so it turns out to be 5 boxes (5 x $4 = $20) and get 100AMs.
Crest ProHealth toothpaste is on for 3 for $5.
AM is B6G45
There are P&G 75 cent coupons from the site and from the insert.
So if you have lots of these coupons (60 LOL) :
B6G45
6 toothpastes are $10 - $4.50 (75cents*6)= $5.50 plus tax
AM=$6.30
So you'll be ahead by 25 cents or 50 cents depending on where you live.
Repeat 10x
6.05 (includes tax for my prov) * 10 = 60.50
AM = 63.00
Bonus Airmiles B60G100 = $14.00
Total $60.50 Total Airmiles: $73.00 so $12.50 savings
I'm assuming it does as it doesn't say excludes.
