Agreed. Didn't buy anything last week and likely will skip this week despite 10% Tuesday.Quote:
A lot of specials but they are poor deals :(
Hopefully email.direct comes through.

Indeed...prices seem to be cranked up more than the value of the air miles involved.
Fortunately the 1,200 from a week and a half ago hit my account yesterday, so I'm OK.
Will try and copy/paste the email coupons Friday morning, if I get them--there seems to be a demand for them :)

Hey Operabob, this thread is almost at 500 pages.
Maybe it will become a sticky page at 500 pages.

Now i want a burger!!! I think their ad just worked... dang them!
The razor deal is still good... but lol... i don't see 10% tuesday advertized... that would have made the deal better.
This is the first flyer in a long long while that there is nothing for me. Even with the 15% off day that I always always shop at I won't be able to come up with the minimum $35. Can you believe that:bawling:. The other flyers have better prices or just nothing in them either. How disappointing:(

They started with 50 AMs on a $50 card.
For the last year or so 40/50.
Now 30!!!
They've done a shotgun approach this week offering AMs on a multitude of items but like most of you, even with 10% Tuesday there's nothing I'm interested in. It would appear they believe people are addicted to AirMiles.
I'd say the only decent offer this week is:
Quote:
https://www.airmiles.ca/arrow/webres...ENG_LOGO_L.gif Earn up to 25
Bonus reward miles
4-Day Bonus Weekend This Friday – Monday, June 28 - July 1, 2013!

or
Earn 5 Bonus AIR MILES reward miles when you spend $5 in-store*
*with a minimum $20 fuel purchase
Expires: July 01, 2013
Seems the burgers with the coupon were the same ones that were on two weeks ago with buy 2 get 20AM's, same price--guess they think we don't remember.
Heck, even with 10% Tuesday and AirMiles bonuses Target is beating Safeway on most advertised items this week.
I just spent $127 on groceries... and it wasn't at safeway. At my local no frills they had pork loins sliced into chops for $2 lb... and they carried over last weeks sale on the picnic hams for $1lb... needless to say i left with 24lbs of meat... good meat ... real meat... i also got 3 packs of mushrooms and tons of soda and bottled water and veggies and eggs and milk and a 5lb bag of apples.... (we need lots to drink here... our water is filled with chemicals to clean the slug out of it and it makes my throat soar!)... Safeway didn't meet my price point this week... and if they check out no frills prices they will see why. (yup we know you snoop about this thread... how could you not Bob is AWESOME!)
