Really it depends on the winter... some are mild and some are just cold. Winter of 2007 was -20s to -35's right into 2008 ... we get cold here... then some winters it is quite warm. Nothing you can do to stay warm at the temp. Air was so dry you had to keep a set of keys in your hand to tap door handles so you wouldn't burn the ends of your fingers from the static electricity. Flashes the size of quarters. Haven't lived there in 20 years I still tap door handles with keys out of habit.
