Bought the $200 Thrifty's card for 200 AMs, then spent $41 ($6 non AM items) and picked up 50 more.
Not as much fun as Safeway but it'll have to do.

Both items I use.

Just by changing diet to low fat low salt better exercise my BP is now sometimes too low and after 4 or 5 years the doctor has said to come off medication tosee if it stays normal.

Horrible news today:
Effective May 4th 2015 BMO Airmiles World Mastercard aka the Gold card will no longer offer 25% discount on flights other than North America destinations. This change will also affect the Elite/ black Card as well.
This means Flights will now cost 1000's of airmiles more unless it's a North America destination which are the least amount of airmiles anyways.
I'm pissed off and will be canceling this card in the near future!
If you're a World/Gold or Elite Card holder and looking to travel this year or early next year you need to book your flights before May 4th to get the 25% discount!
Maybe a dumb question, but how does Mexico fit in to air miles perspective on North America, and the 25 percent?
Not an airmiles deal, but a good buy if you have the new red plum coupons on $2 off Sunlight laundry tabs
THESE WERE ACTUALLY CHEAPER AT MY STORE $3.77 ea - $2off = $1.77 ea
