Went to Rexall--spent $50 and got my 100 AM.
Included in the shop was $20 of Royale products, so I can claim my $10 eCard from Harveys etc.
This purchase will also qualify for the first spend of 3 X $20 on the BMO card (to earn 500 AM), so it's like 166 bonus AM on this shop.
Plus I used 4 X $1 coupons on the Royale and my S25S5 Rexall coupon.
So to me, spent $50 and received $29 worth of AM, used $9 in coupons and a $10 GC = a very good shop!

I pretty much just buy Boost Protein drinks. The crappy part in my store is small and for whatever reason only carries 3 pks of the 27g protein drinks at a time.

Still with the air miles it's the cheapest place to buy this stuff

Seems like, to my surprise, we have a Blue Friday here in Ontario (Sobeys and Foodland). Some decent deals but nothing I am looking to get (Buy 10 Quaker Bars @ $1.66, Get 100AM + Coupons) (Buy 2 Bothwell Cheese 17-g @ $4.99, Get 50AM) (Buy 4 Lays Chips @ $2.25, Get 40AM + Coupons?) + 100AM WUS $100
