^^Is this a coupon you found in the store?^^

In my Safeway, there was a lady sitting on table serving small cups of spinach with dressing on it and giving people out that coupon. I did not think it was a good deal as you can get the spinach or salad bag this week for $0.50 with the coupon posted in OP's earlier post without having to buy the frozen food.

Any one else did not get AMs for buying gas from shell station even today? I called air miles cs up and they said some gas stations have issues so AM may not show up. But same crap of 120 days posting time for bonus AM to show up. I can definitely use the shell gas promo again on coming weekend but before getting AM from a similar promo I am reluctant to try again. Is it just me whom AM system hates or their AM rewards system just sucks .

I had problems with Shell bonus AM promo too. One time a Shell employee even refused to swipe my AM card because he decided I was not qualified to earn AM with my purchase. I think each Shell station has to pay for the AM earned by that station's customers, not by Shell head office. Especially true for franchised stations.

Not to distract from the Shell complaint but the salad coupons are for the Kits and not for the 2/$5 Salad bags.

THe AM portion of today's shop:

6 Carnation $10.50
4 Eggos $10.00
3 Advil Nightime $32.34
3 Activia $9.00

Total: $62.34

10%: $6.23

Total: $56.11

Coupons: $15 (6 x $1 Carnation + 3 x $3 Advil)

Total: $41.11

AMs: 127 (approx $13.34)

The Activia yogurt is a B3G30 unadvertised offer I think. I have coupons for that but not with me or I'd have brought it in a bit lower.

3x cracker barrell cheese=$7.99*3
2x kraft singles=$5.99*2
1x noodles=$2.29

I used one $2 coupon wub4 kraft products and b5g60air miles. The part that was annoying is the cashier made me spend $35 after my coupons...I tried...that's why I got the noodles, grr. Either way, 60 air miles seemed pretty good to me?

She suggested I just get a chocolate bar, uh no. I like the calaco (sp?) noodles, can only get them at safeway, wasn't planning on getting them, but I will for sure use them so it is fine.

Well, I asked for the 10% off first then subtracted coupons without issue.

I ended up with a rain check for the Crisco Oil 2/$4 today as the shelves were bare. The rain check also indicates to take an extra 10% off. I never knew they would do that.

I did the same thing too. I went to 2 stores and they were sold out.

I never thought to do that!! I couldn't get the oil or the Robin Hood oats. Hopefully they will be back on the shelf today. I have coupons for both!

My guess is Airmiles has found out just how pissed off people are over the changes made by manadement. No doubt Airmiles convinced Shell and RONA this would be great for their bottom lines and very few people are using it.

IMO this os just a esperation move to try and get people to use Cash Back.

I'm going to drop off a number of $0.50 Robin Hood Oats coupons on the shelf around 10:15 this morning at Shelbourne.
