Happened to flip channels this morning as they were covering an Extreme Couponer with 1,000 tubes of toothpaste.

    I guess we've a ways to go!

If my mom wants to transfer her air miles to me its gonna cost 15 cents per mile???

Is there a fee to transfer reward miles?

The fee to transfer AIR MILES reward miles from one account to another is 15 cents per mile.

I think it's time to rename this thread from "sweet AirMiles deals" to another word that starts with "s". I can't believe how bad it's gotten.

Yes, for something only worth $0.105/AM by their own calculations and which they'll charge you $0.30/AM to top up if needed.

PS: Won't be able to get access to the new flyer until Thursday most likely.

Ok I am on this guy's youtube channel... his real savings are 50% off his total grocery bill. The trips on that show are specially designed and planned months in advance to show what you can get for free. His current stockpile is on 3 shelves and that is it.... now 1000 tubes of toothpaste in site. The extreme couponing show is deceptive like that.

Swagbucks, Earn 30 - $50 a month in surveys plus cash backs on your spending. You have to work at it, but it is WORTH it and it can help you buy some Christmas presents for free with Amazon gift cards or paypal payments. Referral link http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/cheekysaver

As are most reality tv shows. When what's his Dave Hester "Yuppppp"! got fired from Storage Wars he pointed out that most of the spectacular finds were planted.

I hate reality TV! It's too unrealistic!

Just back from our New Year's trip and off to see if Safeway is open so I can score next week's flyer.

    Happy New Year everyone!

    Bit of conjecture.

Was up Island for New Year's and ended up in a Quality Foods. Teller there told us the staff has been told Victoria is about to get it's first 2 Quality Foods and one of them will be opening up a near a hospital.

I don't think Quality Foods is large enough but the Safeway at Fort & Foul Bay is near Jubilee Hospital???????????

Still hoping for a RCSS though.

My fingers are still crossed too. I do like Quality Foods, just not as much as RCSS. I am pretty sure both QF locations are going in on the outskirts of town with the hospital location being Vic General. But then maybe they changed their plans when Safeway sites came available.
