My Safeway had the cereal with the Child's movie tickets but not adult's.

Our new Target opened today and has them @ $4.99 vs. Safeway's $3.33 so I'll PM.

Bob, do you know what size the cereal is? When it was B6G100 the boxes were 2/$11.00 - or $5.50 each (in MB). If the boxes for this sale are the same size as previous sales it works out to a better deal. 6 boxes at $5.50 is $33.00. 8 boxes at $4.00 is $32. (the B5G100 is the BEST deal though)

Thanks OB--your diligent work means there's nothing to buy this week--bear in mind also that if the above item is the 5 pound package, then they were available not too long ago with the email coupon for $8.99 (but 0.0 AM's)--you be the judge!

    VEG,

That's one of the pluses of this forum that we can keep on top of them.

A couple that might work for me are the RAGU and BOGO on Red Rose (dedpending on price).

Country Grocer has Breyer's same size for $3.99 (Don't know if it's Double Churned). Thrifty's has Breyer's at $4.99 and the picture looks the same as Safeway.

Save-On has Red Rose (144s) on for $4.99 so as a BOGO anything below $9.98 at Safeway beats Save-On.

    Remaining 3 Day Sale Items:

    Fresh Whole Frying Chicken $9

    Coast to Coast Bread $2

    Deli Black Forest Ham $1.29/100g

    Webber Vitamins BOGO L2Free

Insert in the new flyer mentions that earning Air Miles is now (again) based on a cumulative spend from Sunday to Saturday. So if you spend $10 on Sunday, 30 on Tuesday - you'll earn 2 Air Miles instead of 1.

Not sure if this has been mentioned already but in BC, Safeway will soon be getting rid of their Club cards (starting in May I believe). It will be interesting to see how they will impose limits on "extreme specials".
    Airmiles program will continue.

I haven't used Checkout 51 very much but this offer caught my eye this morning:

Spend $40 at Safeway and earn 20 airmiles and $1.00 back.

I was going to pick up some things this morning so I think I will give this a try.
