Rexall is dropping Aeroplan and joining Airmiles Oct. 31
Also, this morning I got an directed email survey from Save-On Foods that very clearly indicates to me that people are not shopping at the newly rebranded Safeway stores and the questions seem to feel it could be Save-On's poor Loyalty Program.
At least I get a $10 Save-On GC for filling it out. (Can't repost here for everyone as it was specifically directed to me).
Perhaps Save-On could rerebrand back to Safeway!!!!!!

Thanks for the information on the tissue/toilet paper/paper towel deal.
I went to Safeway last night and spent 105.00. I receive a bit over 500 airmiles.
I did the tissue/toilet paper/paper towel deal 4X and bought some other stuff as well.

I don't have my receipts from last year, but I think it's a pretty similar deal. Combine this with a bonus airmile coupon, and it's an even better deal.
If I was going for maximum mileage, making multiple trips like last year, I would get 5 sets each day, buy a few things to bring my order over $100 minimum pre-tax and deposits, and use a bonus air mile coupon when you spend $100. That would get you 605 AM.
If the limit hasn't changed, it is 500 bonus airmiles per promotion per day, up to a maximum of 10 setsLast edited by cookiemonster; Sun, Oct 19th, 2014 at 02:36 PM.

Another possible deal with coupons -- combine the FPC for ob with buy 3 of ob, carefree or stayfree, get 25 airmiles
There are a peelie coupons for Purex but rarely seen. And there is a Scotties coupon - again uncommon. But these can make the deal even better.

There is a instore manufacturer coupon for $1 off 250g kraft parm cheese which is part of the kraft b5g75 promo. I was lucky enough to see these on a instore display kinda out in the open on my way to the till. $6.99 - $1 = $5.99 - value of 15 airmiles and 6 airmiles if used in conjunction with the s$100g100 coupon so 21 miles per product.
