The best deal is the Jamieson Vitamins. There is s small container of vitamin C (that you put in water and makes a drink). 8 capsules for less than 3$. Buy 4 and get 100 Airmiles.
Every store only has like 8 on the shelf though and of course I have to work this Friday so they will all be gone.

Hi Lavender Lady!! Check out the weekly flyer for Save-On flyer it has the coupon posted so don't know if its specific to that store or if they have the coupons available? Tried Safeway, Sobeys, Wallyworld, RCSS ans Save On but earlier in the week. I'm going to call my local Save-On about the posting in the flyer.

It seems that Safeway/Sobeys have discovered our little secret. The Vit C was not part of the Buy4G100 AM promo for Blue Friday. That is why I discovered 7 bottles on the shelf!

Spend $124 and made 756 airmiles. Alot of junk I know but tastes so good! I will tell dh to make it last until the next Blue Friday!

$108 spend for me, 671 Miles. Paid with a gift card I bought back east and got bonus Miles on. Decent deals.. probably would have bought more if there was space in my freezer.

Went and did another shop today. I noticed yesterday that I'm getting the load spend offers applied to my purchases again. I had a spend $110 g 30 and that added on yesterday (coupons count towards spend).
Today I had one for every $25 G 25, but it only gave me the first 25 for some reason was hoping for 100 on top of the spend $100 coupon.

Anyways I bought half non airmiles promos and half promos.

ended up spending $110 and got 431

so both days $218 spent earned 1117 miles = $150.80 worth of travel on my Amex Reserve

Ask for a rain check at CS (make sure they list the AMs on it as you have to do the book later) or take the 7 and prepay for the others (which I have done in the past).
