Well, my total just jumped 485 miles and this past week isn't included yet.

    485 x 0.14 = $67.90

    Not too shabby! ;-)

Those small whiskas ARE in the promo. At least that is what I was told by the safeway employees and the sign under the product themselves.

I just bought 12,000 AM worth.

You can always go to Customer Service and ask them to look it up on the white sheet.

Also, if it's part of a manufacturers' group offer then it'll say on the back of the little blue shelf sheets exactly which products and sizes are eligible.

It is a manufacturer's offer so the exact sizes should be on the back of the blue sheets.

I wouldn't go with an employee's say so. Make them look it up.

Remember, "If it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't."

I recall a couple years ago on several occasions there were ads like Buy 5 tins of beans or soup and get 50 AMs. Turned out it was Buy 5 Flats of beans or soup and get 50 AMs.

Hope you all get it but I have to wonder.

I will get it or I will make quite a loud noise..

The item itself (both flavours) had an airmiles participating product tag, as well as the Employees agreeing that it was covered (he went and checked because he wasnt sure)

If I dont get the Airmiles they will refund my money and get themselves a nice Competition Bureau complaint.

    Emps,

    I hope you're successful!

I'm on my way to a dance and am going to stop at Safeway on the way and see if I can find a blue sheet.

Yeah, I popped in and they had cat treats eligible @ $0.63.

    Was it B6G40?

    6 x $0.63 = $3.78 and you get $4.20 in AMs.

    Great find!

Almost made me wish I had a cat! ;-)

Some safeways in Alberta had the cat food at $0.54 a pouch!! Most of the places I went in the Lower Mainland (Van + Richmond) were sold out of cat food.. I went and got myself $30 worth of cat food..going to donate to the foodbank as the SPCA would not take them (they only take a specific brand) but the foodbank will donate it to families who cannot feed their pets. Also the safeways in my area were almost all out of cereal...ha...

seems like someone is doing their airmiles run in my area too! The cashiers were sooo familiar with the bonus coupons that they didn't need to the coupon itself and knew the code by heart. And just by looking at my stuff, they could tell me how many AM I would get...

maybe those safeway employees are SCers??

wow, good for you, make sure you keep your reciepts though,

    1800 + GST= 1115.10

    12000 AM = anywhere from 1320 - 1680

Donate those to an animal shelter and recieve approximately

    Canada = 1115.10*29% = 323.38 off your federal tax

Alberta = 1115.10*21% = 234.17 off alberta tax (just as an example)

With your $1115 purchase you could create up to $2237.55 in real money, a profit of $1122!!!
