When it happens to me, I just go back to the store,take more stuff and go to a different cashier.

Zellers is the worst ever with coupons. I'd rather price match somewhere else!

what a ridiculous coupon policy. And how exactly does Zellers define "almost free" as? - is that anything less than a quarter? a dime? a nickle? Another reason for me to avoid this place.

So you cant use a fpc from quaker cereal there? they sell the cereal that has the coupon on the box.
No fpc? Companies only do mir for free products? when the did the whole coupon world change? the person whom wrote this uhmm "policy" must have no clue about coupons left alone an accurate policy to redeem them.

I bought 6 Lever 4 packs yesterday and the cashier saw that the coupons said "un bon par achat", so I explained that it meant per transaction not per item. She accepted that but said that her supervisor wouldn't allow it. So I said we could do 6 separate transactions. I felt bad for the people behind me, but she was more than willing to do multiple transactions. Not a bad experience overall.
