    Unsure about online, but there is a scanner at the front of the store where you scan your card and it spits out coupons relevant to you!

    Goto http://www.saveonfoods.com and create an account, I can not remember if you need a SOF card or not when creating an account. They send out weekly emails and sometime there is coupons in the emails.
