they can offer this because this ink is WAY to expensive. You pay between $170-$260
depending on the size printer.. I had an hp 3500 and had to downgrade to an hp 2500. Its actually cheaper to buy a new printer each time
then to purchase refills.... The printer with ink is around$350-$500 to refill all 4 ink is about $800

Kind of a funny gift to give away with toner! I would never think to match up toner and a swiffer! lol
