Weird question but I am not a member yet how do I sign up? Can I use a mfr coupon in conjunction with the Sobey's member discount?

Yes you can use mfr coupons with the member deals

thanks. i dont like their flyer's format either. I generally skim thru those sections that dont show the prices.

I have to agree with everybody else. Pharmas/rexall does that too. SAVE X$ ,Very annoying. Since Sobeys is too expeensive for me...even their savings is too rich for my blood.

I love my Sobeys as they always have 50 % off reduced to clear ( yellow stickered sale ) at my Sobeys .

Most people in my area don't shop there as its too expensive ..so after a a few days they reduce the price on meat , bakery etc by 50 % OFF ..LOL ..that's when I buy stuff there :) ..kind of like the Loblaws pink stickered items .
