Yeah I weigh daily - its not always a bad thing, like today I know its impossible to put on 5lbs since yesterday in actual weight, so its just water and it doesnt get to me as much

5lbs difference daily can happen easily, especially if I ate something salty (whether or not I realize it). That's why they say to pick the one time a week and stick with it. I'm guilty of looking at the scale each morning. I actually rather go by my morning weight than my evening WW weigh-in weight - which tends to be 2-3lbs more regularly (the daily bloat). But the evening WW meetings are all that I can do right now, and that is the weight I report here in our thread.

Mine isnt usually as much as 5lbs, especially by next morning, but I know it is bloat, I am already down 2.5 of them

I dont have a scale so i have no idea what I weigh until I face the music at the scale. I ate a lil bit to much last week. I blame the Easter Bunny. Left all this chocolate and I just had to eat it LOL. So for the first time I have gained and I gained 1.4 this week. my lose is now 24.6. I am still saying 25 LOL. I am back to my regular eating so I should be good to go!

Last week I lost 0.8 this week i lost 1.4 I think lol. My total is 27.2!

I have been slacking, super busy at work and eating crap at my desk - so maintaining and not gaining but not losing either

I have forgot to post. My total weight loss is 30.8! I am almost in the 100's!!!!! 64 more pounds to goal. I am excited! i have been eating a lil bad here and there. SInce jan 10th I have gained 1.4 just once, but lost it. I hope this week I lose. Going for a big walk today!

I am still around and still plugging away at WW. I had such a frustrating time when I hit a plateau and couldn't budge. I finally lost 2.4lbs this week. Glad the scale moved, but I find the loss still bittersweet because it has taken so long. Hoping for another great week.
