    I only lost 2 inches over all this week but still lost the 2 lbs, so that mattered more than the inches to me this week.

    Went to the Sears sale to find some clothes that fit...I'm now down 45 lbs! Down 4 actual clothing sizes!
    All my former slacks are hip hungers...if I took the waistbands in any more, they'd be gathered!
    Oh, it's going to be a fun NYC shopping trip in November!

    Congrats to every one of us Losers! We all know how hard this battle is...there's no fast, easy way (short of surgery) to do this...just perseverance. Plain and simple.

    I never commented on this thread because I don't do WW but I am on a weight loss/healthy eating journey.

    Well I just went shopping (in the clearance section of course) because I needed shorts that didn't bag off me and make me look like a bag lady. Oh my gosh I had a wonderful surprise! I know I've been losing weight because of how my old clothes are (not) fitting but I didn't realize how great it was. I was consistently a 18 at this store and now I am a 14 and they're a bit loose!

    Hello everyone!
    Just realised I forgot to update my WI info! Im on vacation... and since Im paying for a monthly pass, figured I would find a place in Ottawa to Weigh in.... and Im down 2.5 lbs! ( that was 3 days into vacation) so fingers crossed when I weigh in again on tuesday, I havent gained.... going to a friends place for dinner tonight, and we are having meat,bread,cheese and salad.... bread is HUGE weakness of mine.... I will be sitting far away from the bread.... also going to BIL/SIL place for dinner tomorrow night.... all these outings throw me off!

    Eat before you go!!!! We just got back from vacation and I am happy to say I didn't gain any weight. I was worried because it was hard to find vegan food in the restaurants.

    Thanks Patty, I JUST read that the admission is $5.00 if you enter the gates after 5:00 p.m. ( Mon -Thurs only) so that would help NOT going on a weekend, more temptations if I were there the whole day and evening. I really am curious as to what the
    " healthy " food booth is all about, saw it on the news, they offer GF, Dairy free, vegan choices, plus some yummy desserts too.
    I might even play a game of Bingo for nostalgic reasons.
