Late Sept Coupon Meet Up - Times & Places

So, looking at the poll, it seems fairly split so lets make KK7 happy and do both

Limeridge - food court - Wednesday 28th September 5:30 (does that suit? most people said evenings but no time)

Eastgate - food court - Saturday 1 October 11am

i agree...i will try to do both...so if we meet are we just bring a ziplock bag and pass it around for others to check or do we do wishlist that comes with the ziplock bag so one coupon you take out of the bag you give one coupon (WL) to the owner of the bag? what we did at the flamborough meet up is we just bring coupons we wont use and pass it around then if you are looking for a specific coupon (hv,fpc) we ask everyone then we trade coupons...what do you think?

At the Toronto ones, we found this works best:

You check the wishlist of people attending, once we have a list - any coupons you are willing to give, you put in an envie/paperclip/baggie for that person and all your extras in an envie that gets passed around so everyone is looking through an envie and everyone gets a first look at an envie.

We just give what we have, some people get lots and others a few good ones, some none one month and lots the next depending on their wishlists

All this sounds fine to me. Quite frankly, if it's in my trades envelope, I don't care who gets what. If if find something I can use, great. For myself, it doesn't bother me if I don't get as much back as I give out. If I'm not going to use it anyway, have at it!

I can't make the Oct. 1st one, but I might be able to make the Limeridge one depending on when I finish work that day (won't know till closer to that date though -_-)

Rats, under normal circumstances I could do both. But DH has to go back to the UK as his uncle has just passed away (he was 89). The funeral is that week & he does not get home until the Sunday.
