I was going to go at lunch today but that fell through, going to take a look after work.
I want to check out a few of the items before I buy them anyhow, see if it is worth me showing up at 7am to shop or not.http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/Dayanara - Earn free stuff just for searching the web!

Our store did not have very much marked down yet. The Chuck the Truck toy was at $20 though. I don't get why they put some down and not the others. Our Irish Spring was not cause I scanned it to make sure.

I checked out my store today too. Everything was out on skids in the aisles, but nothing was priced at or scanning at sale prices as of the time I went (around noon) except the Listerine (I think it was already at that price to begin with). I'm not sure if it's worth going again tonight to see if they're marked down...I talked to a cashier and she said they probably wouldn't be marked down until tomorrow proper, which she said was surprising since they normally adjust the prices on Thursday for regular sales, but that it must be because this is the big sale...

I was there this morning and lots of stuff loaded on skids but none has the prices marked down. Cashier told me sale prices won't be starting until tomorrow.

Yup. It's hit and miss.
Depends on the store.
Depends on the department.
Depends who is doing the pricing adjustment in the computer system.
I even surprised the cashier, when I told her it was on sale. She didn't believe me until I pointed out the huge sign with the new price.

Our store last night had many leaning skids in the isles. Now that I think of it there was a microwave priced at forty something.

I priced out the Rubbermaid 40 piece (20 containers) "Easy-Find Lids Set" individually and the value is almost $60. At $12 for the 40 piece set - this is an amazing deal for the quality and quantity of what you get. They were already marked down today in Mississauga. Of course, the Ziplock 15 plastic container set is a good price too - even better if you have coupons to use. Other things were not yet marked down, e.g. tide, downy, dawn, etc.

Stopped at another Walmart on the way home.
Got my DVDs for 12 (Monk season 1 and 2) and some vitamins.
Also planned my strategy for 7 AM shop tomorrow.
Will price match the Metro bananas on for 0.29 per pound and Dr. Oeckter (spelling?) pizza for 2.99.
Will price match the No Frills english cukes 2 for 1.50.
Saving a lot of gas tomorrow.
