Thread: Deals on freezers anywhere?

My DH and I are looking to buy a chest freezer for the winter to make and store food

Hi,
I myself have been looking around at prices but I'm in Quebec - Probably the same prices if we have the same stores but better taxes in Ont.
Wallmart about 2 weeks ago "Danby" 5.0 cubic feet was $219. rolled back to $199.
Zellers had a Beaumark 3.4 cubic reduced for the sale to $169.99 from $199.99
Home Depot this week has a Danby 3.6 cu. $148.
I'm also considering a used one - might check out on Craig's list. Heard in general they are pretty resistant long term...
