I received a stamp in a trade and cant remember who from, it has a pink flowery thing on it and I am just wondering if this is a 59 cent stamp? As it does not say the value on the stamp like it used too many years ago!! Its been awhile since I have had to deal with stamps lmao so I know it might sound like a stupid question!!
Thanks for any input!!This thread is currently associated with: N/A

It's called a P stamp (there might be a P somewhere on it instead of the price), this is a Permanent stamp.
You can read about them here:

It means that you no longer have to increase the postage on the stamp, so if the postage goes up next year (as per normal) you just use the old stamp and don't add any extra postage.
