Walmart Cashier said no more CZ coups

I was at Walmart last evening and the cashier whorang me through (who was awesome BTW) said that they were told yesterday that they will no longer be accepting CZ coupons since they state "only to be used at Loblaws (affliated) stores".

I know in the past apparently they would take CZ coups that had a posted price value ( in a way making it a price match) but never have used a CZ coupon myself at WM. The idea always seemed too good to be true to me and I didn't want the hassle if it wasn't going to be accepted.

So just a heads up to those out there who do use CZ coups at WM...apparently they won't be accepting them any longer.

Ive only used them at Loblaws stores before as tyhey state on the back , but that does include no frills as they are Loblaws so thats where I always use them never would of thought to take them anywhere else as they say Loblaws

What Wal-Mart was this?
Their coupon policy states that they accept competitor coupons, doesn't it?
I find lately walmart is becoming very unfriendly about coupon use.

you cant use it at walmart casue on the back there is no place to mail off the coupon! in there policey it states that it needs to have an adress !these dont!

Here is what I was just told....Take this with you to Walmart. It's treated as a price Match. Unless I am told differently from WM I'm sticking with this email and am more than happy to call her while I wait in line if I am denied.

One of the requirements to use a competitor’s coupon is that it be a specific item for a specified price. Example $3.99.

I had a huge issue with the CZ coupon. Therefore, the emails were sent back and worth to H.O. In the end it is treated as a price Match as WM can't send the coupon to the manufacter.

I have used cz coupons before but now they have become strict. the one in bedford anyways. they said the coupon has to have a price on it. i have never seen a coupon with a price on it. thats all it is a price match. i'm not sure why accepting conpetitors coupons is even in their policy. so before i went to the manager i checked the policy and its true. there has to be a specific price on the coupon. that is the most rediculous thing i've heard.

in the Rexall flyers they have coupons that say save $1.00 then it will say $2.99 with this coupon.....ALL ON THE SAME COUPON that is the correct coupon that can be price matched at walmart NOT the COUPON ZONE COUPONS. the individual coupon zone coupons are not to be accepted at Walmart, unless they have both the dollar values on them. Rexall flyers are the only Competitor Coupon that I know of that fit this policy

I have used CZ coupons and Rexal coupons that say $$ off 1.00 off this product.

No hassles....yet
