I was up at Rexall earlier and I see they have pulled their tear pads and are now taping a few coupons to their respective products.
I meant to ask the cashier if she had any info on the change (instead of just speculating) but we got to talking and I completely forgot until after I left.
I find this to be an interesting twist.
