I have 2 beautiful apple trees that are ready for picking. I must warn you the birds have loved them this year and a lot of them have peck marks.. They are still perfect for baking and stuff they just don't look the best.
PM me and I'll give you my address. Depending on interest I'll give a bag to each person.
Thanks

I just made 12 jars of apple sauce.... Planning on making more as I have a new baby starting the daycare soon and usually babies like apple sauce

That should be 24 jars... I've made 24 jars so far.Last edited by rewogd; Mon, Sep 19th, 2011 at 04:10 PM.

That is super nice of you. I also have so many huge apples, I guess it was a good year for apples. I work in a preschool so i sent all my kids home with a bunch, there parents were thrilled. Then I made applesauce and 150 apple muffins......there are still more any ideas on what to do with them
