Silly Question about site

I'm sorry, there are still some things I am trying to learn about the site. How do you leave someone a rep? And can you reply to one? I've played around and just can't seem to figure it out, lol. Also, how do you view your reps? I know how when I have a new one, because it pops up, but after I checked it, I can't find where to go in to see them.

As for replying to reps - well, you just tend to leave a message on the persons wall

you can use candies to buy virtual gifts for other members or to change the colour of your status etc
