People who leave their dogs in cars while shopping!!!

I called the MUC twice on this when i lived in Montreal ....they were there fast charged the peeps not me as I broke the window

I have a dog and never take her out in the car with us unless it is to the vet or we are travelling out of town when we are allowed to bring our dog to the hotel we are staying at.

It is truly baffling why anyone does this. They claim they care for their pet, but then put that pet in a harmful situation.
