Vim Brag

Finally was able to pick up a load of vim! The last time I tried to pick some at this one shoppers, they would not let me use any of my coupons on them because I would be getting them for free... Even though I explained that shoppers drug mart would still receive their money being it was a manufacturer's coupon... Nope! The old bags wouldn't let me use not one. I was pretty upset!

Then, I went to another one... And they let me use one... Just one. How the heck was I going to stock up a bit if nobody was letting me use the darn things?

So I went back to the original shoppers, and finally a young girl let me use them. So I picked up 30 vim. I didn't clear their shelves.. But I wanted to get as much as I would make use of while I had the chance to use them! I helped her write void on the back of all of them to speed up the process and so that nobody had to wait. She didn't mind taking my coupons at all!

So all in all, 30 vim.. Only had to pay tax. Also got tide for $5.00. Gave 15 vim away to family (5 per household)... And then gave the cashier girl about 10 coupons for her to get some vim herself!

Tomorrow I am going to call in and compliment her. She is always so friendly.. And the only one who never gave me a hard time! It was almost like those older ladies were having money taken from their pocket to let me use my coupons. Absolutely ridiculous! But all in all it turned out to be a good night and I was finally able to use my coupons. Wahoo!

Should take the sdm policy with you, it helps. Can't help but wonder how you got 40 coupons though, hope it was at a bunch of different stores.

Glad you got your Vim and great idea telling the manager how great the cashier was!

Trade and I probably have close to 50 or more Vim coupons. I'm a housecleaner and use Vim daily on my jobs. If its an item I will use TONS of then I to the Trades section of this website and find people who have them and get them through trades. Who has time to go to a bunch of stores? I certainly don't.

Awesome job at getting them in trades! That is why I love SC! I can find extra coupons that other people won't need too! Keep up the great work! I have to go to Shoppers now to get a couple of Vim myself :)

Exactly! I love pleasant cashiers! I actually got 10 coupons about two weeks ago, went back to get more when I had family asking me to pick them up some.. And the whole pad was completely gone! So when I saw a pad yesterday I was sure to grab enough... Haha. I also traded for some too, so I have more on the way!

I am going to be moving out for my first time, so I want to stock up on cleaning/grooming items as much as I can so I don't have to worry about that stuff later on :)

I have a bunch of diaper coupons hopefully I can find someone to give them to on my shopping ventures today!

Yeah you have to watch who you get to ring in your items. Young Men are best, they literately could not care less.

Thanks for the tip. I have a bunch of these coupons. Found them at Sobey's and a IGA in Ontario. I haven't bought any Vim yet. I'll be checking out shoppers tomorrow or Price match.

Every time I went to find these the pads were empty... a fellow trader was kind enough to give me some so I can get a few free.

I agree though, SDM just hates giving things for free. You'd swear it was coming out of their pockets!

I had bunch of VIM coupons from the Unilever inserts and I traded them all here at SC...I should have left some for myself..lol...

When someone rains on a brag we all need to report it.. otherwise they continue to do it causing less and less peeps to post brags. The brags help others find good deals.. Keep up the great shopping and sharing with us :)
