Wow! I guess I'll be going there for Turkeys instead of making an extra stop at No Frills!

Anyone know the difference between utility turkeys and grade "A". Is it just a higher quality?

Utility turkeys are turkeys that have been minorly damaged in processing. They taste as yummy as others, and are still safe to eat but they might have a rip in the skin, or a missing wing.. its usually something pretty small, and in my opinion.. it's worth the price you save
