I'm new to couponing and new to this site. I'm just wondering where everyone gets their coupons from, I am trying to expand my collection. I know of the 3 newspaper inserts, save.ca and pg brand saver.

    Thank you for your help.

I usually try the local newspaper it''s great.

Generally a lot of the coupons people post here seem to come from websaver.ca still they have a lot of hidden pages so this forum can help you find the best offers.

Some also generally are posted at Save.ca which also has a few different hidden pages besides their main page.

SmartSource is about to launch a Canadian website! and sometimes I use Coupons for Canada

Websaver and save.ca have a lot of coupons that can't be found on the main site, like cantrollmyrs said. This thread has all the special links in one place: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/215853-...oupons-canada/

Another good place to find coupons is gocoupons.ca. They mail the coupons to you.

Also, don't forget store shelves Some stores are just awesome for finding coupons. In my area, Metro, Shopper's Drug Mart and Sobeys are the best. You could ask people in your local area what stores are best around you - the Alberta forums are here.

Coupon trading is another great way to get coupons. You can list the coupons you have no use for, and the coupons you are looking for, and hopefully someone will have what you need and want what you have. The trading section is here.

Sometimes companies have an offer where they will mail you a coupon if you like them on Facebook or fill out a form on their web site. The Coupons section will have threads for each offer. For example, there is a John Frieda offer right now which comes with a sample too: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/228653-...coupon-canada/

Many coupons can be printed online. This thread compiles them: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/134340-...oupons-canada/

You can also find coupons at the dentist and doctor's offices.

Once you start looking, you'll be seeing coupons everywhere Here in Ontario, you can even find coupons at The Beer Store (not for beer, though!)

Great. Thank you everyone for your responses. Took awhile to figure out how to get back here. Mostly using the iPhone app for the forum.

I'll have to keep my eye out for coupons wherever I go

When I first started I found that trading was the best way to build my coupon stockpile. You will probably need to trade for stamps or gift cards until you have enough of your own coupons to trade. It starts out as a small expense in the beginning but it is worth it! Newbie bundles are a good route to go as well since you get a nice variety for minimal cost. Many of us are happy to trade with new members but sometimes you will need to send your end of the trade first because of past issues. Check out the trading thread, it is great
I am looking for quick trades for my pre-surgery stock up!
