Will Walmart Accept A Price Match From Canadian Tire Flyer

I have some coupons for Snuggle fabric softner/sheets. It is on sale for 1.00 at Canadian Tire,I do have some coupons that are for one dollar but I have quite a few that are for any Snuggle product 1.50 off. Being that Canadian Tire I dont think would accept this and definately would not give me the overage,im wondering if WAlmart or another store would? I have never price matched anything before,and then used coupons on it I know doesnt work at every store. Does any store allow price match from Canadian tire,and also accept muliple coupons on the matched item,and does any allow you to use the overage to anything else?

Or does Canadian Tire take Coupons over the item amount and do they allow you to use the overage?
Im just trying to figure out if I can use these coupons with this sale and use the overage. Or if I will have to hold on to them incase there is another sale?

my canadian tire refuses to accept coupons that will make an item free. ,but walmart will! :D
